Agreement
By purchasing a product from XELANTA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.
Products
We sell digital products (ZIP files containing documents, templates, and other materials). Products are delivered electronically via download link after purchase.
License
When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own internal purposes. You may share the materials within your organization or team. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the materials as standalone products.
No warranties
All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the materials will meet your specific needs or be error-free.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the materials. We are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions you take based on the products.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
Refunds
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Refunds are generally not provided for digital downloads. However, if you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive), contact us at hello@xelanta.com within 14 days of purchase.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad's terms and policies apply to payment processing. We do not handle payment data directly.
Updates
Some products include lifetime updates to the current version. We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely or to create new versions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain - Europe, where the operator is domiciled.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
